Harish arrived in Australia in 2007 as an 18 year old international student. Like many migrants, he worked a range of jobs to support himself, including unpacking containers for ACFS Port Logistics before progressing to a stevedore role at DP World Brisbane.

While working at the Port of Brisbane, Harish recognised the significant volume of container movements and identified an industry opportunity. In 2012, he founded OZLF as a side venture. For more than eight years, Harish balanced building the business with full time shift work at the port, managing early mornings, weekends, and demanding schedules driven not only by ambition, but by responsibility.

Raised in a financially challenged family, Harish developed a strong sense of accountability, resilience, and determination from a young age. These values shaped the work ethic, industry expertise, and leadership foundation that continue to underpin 4C Group today, influencing a culture built on high performance, opportunity, and support for its people.

Today, the business employs more than 700 staff across major Australian cities, supported by over 50 professionals across management, safety, accounts, and administration roles. Harish remains a strong advocate for developing talent from within, creating clear pathways for growth, and supporting frontline teams. His leadership philosophy is simple: when you invest in your people, they take care of the business and its customers.

Outside of work, Harish has a passion for travelling and exploring different cultures around the world. Spending time with his family remains at the centre of his life and he takes great pride in his role as a father to his 12-year-old daughter.

Tim brings extensive experience in transport and logistics across both Europe and Australia. He joined the business in 2016 as a CEO, drawn by Harish’s clear vision and the strong operational foundation already established. Tim and Harish strategically expand the business, state by state. Tim’s guiding philosophy has been: “Slow and steady wins the race.” Without a formal business development team, 4C Group has grown organically to become one of the largest providers in the industry throughout Australia, driven purely by word-of-mouth and a commitment to exceptional service. The company continues to uphold its core value: “We don’t want to be the biggest, but the best.”

Outside of work, Tim has a strong interest in health and fitness and enjoys time in the garden at home, rarely without his two Great Danes close by.
