The 4CG Story

The 4CG Group was born from the success of a Partnership formed in late 2016 between Harish Arora and Tim Fisher. Both of whom had prior complimentary experience within the Logistics sector traversing three continents and many years.

From the sound base Harish and his brother had established as founders of OZ Labourforce in 2012 unpacking containers with 15-20 staff, to the juggernaut of OZ Labourforce today who pack/unpack over 45,000 containers annually and over 250 team members and growing.

It became evident from 2016 onwards that OZ Labourforce was building its brand and customer base predominantly within the Cold Chain sector, and with this a much higher degree of accuracy within scheduling, flexibility, training, safety processes and structure than many non-frozen unpacks was required.

‘Next Generation’ Company

OZ Labourforce has always branded itself as a ‘Next Generation” company and took the initiative to launch the 4C Group wholly devoted to Container Pack/Unpacking within the Cold Chain Sector. Harish and Tim identified that the sector has lacked a supplier whose entire business model & structure is focused on their specific needs and that most Cold Chain Companies were being charged a large premium from their current supplier.

The 4C Group is basically a one-stop-shop organisation of knowledgeable and highly experienced team members with far greater attention to detail and at much more palatable prices.
