The foundation of the Group began in 2012 when Harish Arora and his brother launched OZ Labourforce with a small team delivering container unloading services in Brisbane. Built on operational consistency, a people first culture and a strong customer focused philosophy, the business rapidly evolved into a large scale logistics workforce provider. Today, 4C Group manages the packing and unpacking of more than 100,000 TEU annually, supported by a workforce of over 700 team members.

As the organisation expanded into the Cold Chain sector, operational standards were elevated to meet the demand of temperature controlled supply chains. Advanced scheduling systems, structured workforce training programs, rigorous safety and compliance frameworks, and scalable operating models became central to the Group’s service model.
